Mission Statement

Shared Living is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that provides safe, supervised group-home living for at-risk youth, including individuals with unique abilities. Through structured housing, athletic training, mentorship, and supportive services youth are stabilized supported, and prepared for independent, productive future.

Core Focus Areas

  • Home Program for At-Risk Youth: 24/7 staff supervision with trauma-informed and disability-aware care.
  • Athletic Training and Conditioning: Structured, adaptive training led by former professional athletes and elite trainers to promote fitness, discipline, and teamwork.
  • Rise & Thrive Mentorship Program: Consistent mentorship focused on emotional development, decision
    making and daily living skills.We focus on emotional intelligence, conflict, resolution, and financial literacy.
  • Academic & Career Support: Educational support, workforce readiness, and post-secondary planning.
  • Wellness Support: Mental health resources, resilience-building, and healthy lifestyle development.

Program Approach

The program is built on the belief that structure, safety, and individualized support create opportunity. Services are tailored to each resident’s abilities and needs ensuring youth including those with unique abilities can thrive, build confidence, and transition successfully into adulthood.
